Don’t get a case of FOMO! Make sure you stay in Seattle for our must-attend, all-new closing general session at AAA 2023.
We know by the end of your time with us, you will need a lighthearted, entertaining and fun send-off as you visit one last time with your friends in audiology. Join us for a truly unique conference experience as we welcome comedian, D.J. Demers, to the stage.
Why D.J.? Not only is he a successful comedian who has appeared on Conan, The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, and America’s Got Talent, he also earned a nomination for best comedy album at the Junos (Canada’s version of the Grammy’s). Plus, he hosted a month-long comedy road trip called the “Here to Hear Tour.”
What is D.J.’s particular appeal to our audience and why did we feel so strongly that he should be the closing act of our conference (besides the fact he is really funny)? D.J. has been wearing hearing aids since the age of four and understands the need for accessibility and inclusion for everyone, particularly those with hearing loss. During his talk, "My (Entire) Life with Hearing Aids", D.J. brings his own personal anecdotes to the stage with a dash of comedy making him all the more compelling for our show’s closing.
Be sure you grab your seats fast for what is sure to be one of the most talked-about segments at AAA 2023!
