This course will focus on two components of Phonak Remote Support: Phonak Target software and the MyPhonak app. Attendees will be shown tips on how to make Phonak Target an interactive troubleshooting tool, to help solve patient’s needs in-situ, providing a digital component of omni-channel patient care. A true omni-channel patient journey leverages the augmenting of the patient’s physical visit with digital interaction. Uni-directional digital tasks, like filling out intake forms online, or accessing digital resources such as instructional videos, can be paired with Phonak’s Remote Support programming, a bi-directional interactive digital channel, providing convenience for both clinician and patient.
