There has been a constant evolution in the field of vertigo and dizziness over the past forty years. BPPV is one cause of vertigo that has received much attention in research over the years. Many diagnostic and therapeutic maneuvers for BPPV are well-known and very efficient for most patients. However, for the subset of patients that are not easily treated with these traditional maneuvers, the TRV chair can offer additional treatment advantages, such as added patient safety and the use of kinetic energy to assist in the movement of otoconia. These advantages will be reviewed in detail in this session.

Upon completion, participants will be able to list the maneuvers that can be effectively performed using the TRV repositioning chair.
Upon completion, participants will be able to explain the benefits of reposition chairs for the treatment of BPPV.
