Eun Kyung Jeon, Au.D., Ph.D., earned her Doctor of Audiology degree in 2008 and her Ph.D. in Hearing Science in 2016, both from the University of Iowa. She is currently a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Iowa, where she provides both didactic and clinical education to Au.D. students in the Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders. Her expertise encompasses aural (re)habilitation, auditory processing disorders, cochlear implants (CI), and tinnitus evaluation and management. She also serves on Iowa’s Early Hearing Detection and Intervention (EHDI) Advisory Board, is a program committee member for the annual CI conferences of the American Cochlear Implant Alliance, and holds a mentoring committee officer position with the Asia Pacific Society of Speech-Language-Hearing. In addition, she has served as a travel award reviewer for the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) annual conventions, an ASHFoundation Graduate Student Scholarship reviewer, and a reviewer for prestigious professional journals.
