Dulce Hanina Ayala is the leader of Health Committee at Palace Resorts Foundation (non-profit Organization) in Mexico. She holds an Organizational Psychology bachelor’s degree from Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education and a certificate in Business Management from IPADE Business School.
Dulce has contributed to social programs as Social Organizations´ president and board of directors, empowering women in susceptible conditions, creating programs to protect the environment and joining actions to promote social development in Mexico.
For over five years, she has been managing different health programs to benefit Palace Resorts staff-members and people of the community. Her distinctive contributions are developing a scholarship program to empower families with handicap offspring, planning and leading events with University of Cincinnati and volunteers in the USA to promote health prevention and care, and creating in alliance with University of Cincinnati an Audiology telehealth program to provide follow-ups to patients with hearing aids.
