Paige Stringer, MA, MPH is the Founder and Executive Director of the Global Foundation For Children With Hearing Loss (GFCHL). Born with a profound hearing loss, Paige benefitted from early identification, hearing technology, and early intervention as a baby to listen and speak. In 2009, she left her corporate career to establish the GFCHL to empower developing countries with the expertise and services to help their young children with hearing loss to listen, talk, and thrive. The GFCHL has programs in Mongolia and Nepal and previously was in Vietnam and Ecuador. Paige has also participated in various capacities at the WHO in Geneva since 2015 to help raise awareness for hearing loss globally. She has received several honors for her work including the 2014 AAA Humanitarian Award. Paige holds a MA degree from the University of San Francisco and a MPH, Global Health degree from the University of Washington.
