Margaret Richter, AuD is a Research Assistant Professor in the Department of Otolaryngology/Head & Neck Surgery at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (UNC). She completed her undergraduate and graduate degrees at UNC and her clinical externship at UNC Health Hearing and Voice Center. She also worked in the UNC Cochlear Implant Clinical Research Lab as a Research Assistant for 5 years. Dr. Richter’s research interests include individualized mapping procedures for cochlear implant recipients and bimodal users, new indications for cochlear implantation, and spatial hearing and quality of life outcomes with cochlear implant use.
