Nancy Silbernagel graduated from the University of Minnesota with her master's degree in Communication Disorders and obtained her doctorate in Audiology through A.T. Still University, Arizona School of Health Sciences. She has been practicing as a pediatric audiologist at Cincinnati Children's Hosptial for the past 8 years where she performs behavioral testing, provides hearing aid services, and acts as a 4th year preceptor. Prior to her time at Cincinnati Children's, she worked at Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis for 10 years providing comprehensive diagnostics, hearing aid services, and vestibular assessments. Dr. Silbernagel's professional interests include hearing health care inequities and access to care. She co-leads the Allied Health DEI Fellowship program at Cincinnati Children's.
