Annie Duchen, AuD, is the Senior Manager of Customer Success for the WS Audiology OTC team. She is a pediatric clinical audiologist by background and has a passion for reducing barriers to high quality and safe hearing aids for people with hearing loss. She has worked in partnership with Sony to develop and maintain the comprehensive patient resources and multi-tier Sony Product Support Team available for the Sony OTC hearing aids. In addition, she leads education and training opportunities related to Sony OTC.
