Eric recently completed PhD studies involving research on language used in normal ageing, mild cognitive impairment, and Alzheimer's disease. His work on the CogniAid project included administering cognitive assessments using the NIH ToolBox. Most recently, he has been doing quality improvement work in healthcare settings, including work to prevent delirium in older surgical patients and to more effectively manage delirium where it occurs.
